"Most of our requests are aimed at simplifying the lives of our Members, who entrust us with things they don't know how to do or don't have the time to do" explains Alexandra Concierge at John Paul. "For them, it's a luxury, because they're often very busy, and they're happy to pass on to us one less mental burden to deal with." What requests are we talking about? "Book a cab, a plane, a restaurant, a hotel room, or find out which Parisian boutique has the right pair of shoes for their size".
The request becomes more complex when the plane is fully booked, the concert sold out or the restaurant on the waiting list... However, thanks to the network, professionalism and skill of John Paul Concierges, most Members' requests are fully satisfied.

"Every year, the John Paul Concierge team is called upon to deliver a fully decorated Christmas tree", it has already had to respond to a request for "a cat's motorcycle helmet", to a search for "gold bullion", or has had to send a delivery driver to Rungis to collect "575 fresh eggs"!
